MONTREAL – I’m sincerely ashamed to share this really dark secret with you.
No, I did not shoot J.R Ewing on the show, Dallas. I wasn’t even born yet (1979).
No, I did not shoot Mr. Burns on The Simpsons. Maggie Simpson did it.
My big dark secret is that I still haven’t watched a full episode of Game of Thrones in the last eight years. Every time I wanted to binge watch all the episodes, I procrastinated.
Damn, I am ashamed.
My friends are rejecting me like I’m Ralph on The Simpsons or the last kid being picked when choosing team.
It’s brutal. I clearly need to get my act together. Even then, I will probably do something I’m not supposed to do. I will start watching the GoT next Sunday.
I know what you will be saying guys. You won’t understand a thing. My answer to this remark is pretty simple: I will try to understand everything backwards.
A girl got to do what a girl got to do.
One thing is for sure, I need to understand what led to the Red Wedding massacre. I remembered watching it during my lunch break with my friend Bruno. I was so shocked and it took me a month to stopping having nightmares about it.
So, why I didn’t I get hooked like a crack addict to GoT?
I was too damn scared to watch.
But, I must face my fear.
Thank you guys for helping me conquer my fear and for saving me a $150.00 fee from my dear psychologist.
