The game of being a true leader during the good times, the not so sunny days, and the damn ugly bad times is not an easy game to play for more than a quarter of a century.

Ladies and gentlemen, let me present to you today one of the biggest leaders of our generation, Paul Levesque, better known as Triple H.

Just look at the featured image of this article ”copyright of WWE”, you see a man always looking in front of him instead of looking behind him.

He is still on man with a mission.

When I first encountered Paul Levesque, better known as Triple H, in the world of professional wrestling, my initial impressions were far from positive. As a 12-year-old, I couldn’t help but be put off by his snobbish character of Hunter Hearst Helmsley.

As a die-hard Bret Hart fan in the mid-1990s, I was even less inclined to become a fan of this up-and-coming superstar. However, something remarkable happened during those formative years that changed my perspective on Triple H forever. It was the way he embraced women in sports entertainment, particularly his partnership with Chyna when he started at the WWE, that caught my attention and ultimately made me respect him as a true advocate for women’s empowerment in WWE.

Triple H’s Leadership and Forward Focus

Triple H’s leadership journey is a testament to his resilience and adaptability. From his early days as a divisive figure in the ring to his current role at the helm of WWE, he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to focus on the future, steering the company through turbulent times. His comments during the Royal Rumble exemplified this, as he expressed a clear vision for WWE’s path ahead.

The Evolution of Triple H: Championing WWE’s Women’s Division

From the days when Chyna stood by his side as his formidable bodyguard to forming an unstoppable duo with Stephanie McMahon both inside and outside the ring, Triple H’s journey in WWE has been nothing short of extraordinary. But perhaps one of his most significant contributions has been his vision for the women’s division, transforming it into a powerhouse with the main roster.

Triple H recognized early on the potential in women’s wrestling. He saw more than just athletes; he saw storytellers, pioneers, and icons in the making. With the help of seasoned wrestlers like Natalya and Naomi, he laid the groundwork for what would become a revolution. These veterans were instrumental in showing the ropes to a new generation of superstars, including Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Bayley, Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, and Sasha Banks.

But Triple H didn’t stop there. His eye for talent led him to bring in incredible international wrestlers like Asuka and Iyo Sky, each adding unique flair and skill to the division. The recruitment of talents like Jade Cargill further underscored his commitment to diversity and strength in the women’s roster.

His efforts have elevated the women’s division to unprecedented heights, ensuring that these athletes receive the recognition and opportunities they deserve.

As we look at the legacy Triple H is building, it’s evident that his love for the business extends far beyond the ring. He’s not just creating a division; he’s fostering a legacy, one that will inspire generations of wrestlers and fans alike. Under his guidance, WWE’s women’s division has become a beacon of excellence, breaking barriers and setting new standards in sports entertainment.
